Every Sunday morning at 8:30am I meet two girlfriends and we go for a 5 mile walk. This started 12 years ago after I had my twin boys. I wanted a way of getting back in shape and new friend suggested we start walking and she would push the double stroller. This is probably the only way I could have done the walk, that stroller was HEAVY!!
I had no idea how this practice would change my life. This is our sacred time, this is our weekly therapy, this is our church. We don't change the time or location, we may send a confirm text on Saturday night but we are there on Sunday morning. This walk recharges us, energizes us, grounds us so we are ready for the week.
If you don't have this in your life already, I suggest you ask someone to go for a walk, they may just become your best friend. If you are too shy to ask someone, I would still recommend you go for a walk and listen to one of these podcasts, activate your body and mind. It feels so good!
A close friend recently recommended this to me, sharing that she's already listened to it three times. Each time, she discovered new, eye-opening insights that shifted her perspective.
Now that the book is out, the "Let Them Theory" has been gaining widespread attention online.
Why not take a walk and see what all the buzz is about? 🚶♀️📚🎧

I recently had dinner with a friend who is in amazing shape. We started talking about food, and I realized I never really cared about what was in my food until I had kids and became conscious of what I was putting into their little bodies. As our conversation deepened into the topic of eating whole foods rather than processed, she suggested I listen to this podcast. She told me to ignore the title, as it wasn't really about Ozempic, and even though it was long (around 2 hours) it was totally worth the listen.
And she was right! It was mind-blowing and explained so much. I truly hope this message gets out and can help inspire change.
Ever wondered why we are getting sicker despite having the best healthcare options in the world? Why does the system push pills to treat symptoms rather than search for the root cause?
